Competitive Cheer finishes 8th in District

Ladywood’s Competitive Cheer season ended in the MHSAA District competition, finishing in 8th place Friday night at Ladywood High School. Congratulations to Monroe-Jefferson, Flat Rock, Ida and Onsted who advanced to Regionals. Also want to send a special congrats to our lone senior, Kyndall Stuckey on a successful career as a Blazer. Competitive Cheer Places 2nd at Catholic Leagues

Ladywood Competitive Cheer Team finished in second place at the Catholic League meet yesterday hosted by St. Catherine. Blazers finished with a total score of 657, 6 points behind the winners from St. Catherine. Ladywood Cheer Team will be competing at the Mason HS Invitational this weekend. This will be last event for the Blazers before Districts

Blazers continue to improve with 4th place Showing at Mason.

On Saturday Ladywood performed in their final meet before Districts and put up a 620.60.  The Blazers scored a 206.3 Round 1, a 167.2 Round 2 and a Season High 257 Round 3 to finish 4th in Division 3. Ladywood had another solid showing Saturday at the Lakeland Invitational finishing as the Top Division 2/3/4 team with a score of 661.29. Ladywood had another strong performance as the Blazers finished in 2nd place in the D-2/3 Division at the Ladywood Invitational. The Blazers scored a 208 in Round 1 and a 188.52 in Round 2 for a 396.52 Sub-total. Ladywood scored a 263.20 for a total of 659.72. The score was the Top Score for all

Ladywood had a solid day at the CHSL Championships on Sunday as they took 3rd place overall. Ladywood showed great improvement in their 2nd Competition of the season as they won the D-3 title at the Berkley Invitational.
